Under 25 and thinking of joining the Conservative Party?

In the summer of 2017, the Brentwood and Ongar Young Conservative branch was founded by Adam Chinnery and James Bowler. With the help of Alex Burghart MP the branch quickly expanded with dozens of members aged between 16-25.

Conservative run Essex County Council Announces Budget for 2018/19

The ruling Conservatives at County Hall have put forward plans for a radical budget that will see more investment into Essex roads, pavements, caring for vulnerable people, elderly residents, schools, skills and meet increasing costs of the Living Wage and inflation.

Town Hall Works Get Underway

Conservatives running Brentwood Council are delivering a new “community hub” at the Town Hall.

The plans will see the Borough Council open its doors and share the Ingrave Road building, with the Police, CAB, Mind and other partners. There will also be space for businesses.

Tackling Parking on Verges in Chelmsford Road

Following complaints from many residents, Shenfield councillors, Jan Pound and Louise Rowlands have been working hard to tackle the issue of parking on grass verges in Chelmsford Road.
