Brentwood Council Leader, Louise McKinlay has urged Essex PCC, Roger Hirst to urgently review the powers and approach that the police are taking when dealing with unauthorised incursions.
Cllr McKinlay wrote to the PCC today, a full copy of her letter is attached.
