Good News for Hutton North Residents from County Cllr Louise McKinlay

Essex county council ‘POTHOLE INITIATIVE’ is delivering for local residents

Last year Essex County Council gave each county councillor the chance to put forward priority repairs as part of their “pothole initiative”.  Each councillor was entitled to nominate additional work in their division using a repair crew for up to 10 days.

Hutton County Councillor Louise McKinlay submitted her list to the Essex Highways team, having taking into account feedback received from local residents and residents associations across her Hutton division which includes Hutton, Herongate, Ingrave and West Horndon.

Work carried out recently in Hutton North ward has included repairs to Arnolds Close, Queenswood Avenue and also Colet Road.  Repairs are also scheduled for other parts of the division over coming months.
