New Joint Venture Partner for Brentwood Borough Council Confirmed
At the recent Full Council meeting of Brentwood Borough Council (30/07) the Council voted to confirm the new joint venture partner proposal.
Speaking at the council meeting Council Leader Cllr Chris Hossack outlined the benefits to Brentwood Residents and Council of entering into a partnership with a major commercial partner capable of providing experience and expertise to deliver major projects.
The joint venture partnership will bring forward new homes, public open spaces and commercial and leisure facilities across the Borough.
