✍️ Please sign our petition to fight off the #Labour government’s plan to scrap local police forces in favour of huge, regional mega forces.
If Labour get their way then it will mean having a huge and remote police force covering everywhere from Shoeburyness to Norwich and from Clacton to Tring, including city centres across multiple counties.
This means that smaller local communities such as here in Brentwood and Ongar would be at risk of not receiving the policing that they need.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! The Prime Minister needs to bin these plans, and redistribute the millions of pounds 💰 that will be wasted on this re-organisation towards better funding of our existing police forces NOW!
