The LibDem/Labour coalition which runs Brentwood is NOT on top of keeping our Borough clean and tidy. Too much litter in our town, estates, villages & rural lanes. A Conservative Council would not let this situation continue. It’s unacceptable. #CleanerSaferBetter #Conservatives
