At around 3pm today, reports were received that travellers had arrived on Hutton Recreation Ground.
Ward member for Hutton North, Louise McKinlay along with neighbouring Hutton East councillor, Chris Hossack, visited the site and at 7pm, a notice was served by the Council on the travellers ordering them to vacate the site.
They have until 7pm tomorrow to leave and if they fail to do so, the Council will be requsting a possession order from the Magistrates on Wednesday.
