Brentwood and Ongar Conservatives are delighted to welcome their new Chairman, Mark Reed to the position, following the 2017 AGM, which was held this weekend.
A borough councillor in Hutton, Mark has been very involved with the party for a number of years, dedicating much time and support for events and campaigning. He takes over from outgoing Chairman, John Kerslake who has stepped down after four years in the position.
Mark said, " I would like to thank John for all of his efforts over the last few years and I look forward to building on the success of his work. We have delivered some strong election results and successes across the constituency, both at a national and local level. This is an exciting time to be a Conservative and there is much opportunity ahead."
John added, " I wish Mark well as he takes over the role. I know he will be a credit to the team who work so hard to deliver for Brentwood and Ongar."
