Cllr James Tumbridge - James has known Shenfield and Brentwood his whole life, he became a councillor for Shenfield in 2016, and has been a Governor for Brentwood School since 2012.
Professionally James is a Barrister, Arbitrator and Mediator, practising as an Intellectual Property Litigation Partner with a leading law firm. James has been an advisor to various UK MPs and MEPs on a range of issues. He has advised two Prime Ministers, and through his engagement with policy makers has extensive Government relations experience, advising clients on how to prepare for legislative changes and regulation compliance. James is additionally a council/committee member of several international trade/NGOs working on harmonisation of legal provisions.
