Cllr Noelle Hones. Noelle was previously an Assistant Vice President with JP Morgan, before leaving to start a family in 1990. She has three sons, Matthew, George and Oliver. Born in Basildon, she moved to Fryerning in 1985 and now lives in Ingatestone with her husband Councillor Jon Cloke and their two yellow labradors Sonny and Lucy. She served as Mayor of Brentwood 2016/2017 and has chaired Audit & Scrutiny Committee, Vice-chaired Planning and Licensing and was elected Deputy Leader in May 2019. An Ingatestone Rotarian, she also enjoys playing golf, reading and walking her dogs.
Noelle is Deputy Chairman - Fund Raising for the Brentwood & Ongar Conservative Association and a senior officer of the association.
