Keith Barber - Keith is an IT professional having worked firstly locally in Chelmsford and then for a number of major Banks based in London - having commuted for over 20 years.   He is interested in making a difference within his local community and is active in his local residents association.  

For family reasons Keith has a special interest in making sure that elderly residents and carers are well looked after by society.   Pet hates for Keith include - illegal parking on pavements, abuse of disabled parking spaces, litter and all forms of anti-social behaviour.  Keith is strongly in favour of helping our local economy whilst making sure that we protect our precious environment.
